Crossover Project Pieces Thus Far:

Last year I got my feet wet selling at AnimeNext in New Jersey and although I made up for my start up costs and even had some left over I felt I could have done a lot better. I practiced a lot with realistic work over the next year to get more experience with anatomy and then applied for a table again this year at ANext 08. We only had a few weeks notice before the con and luckily I got an acceptance letter. (yay!)

This year I had a lot more to offer and sold a great deal. I'm so happy! It helped a lot regarding this fall's college tuition - I'll be attending UMD. Go Terps! Haha

On another note I made a lot of amazingly talented friends at the con! I'm always so lucky in regards to who I get placed next to. Everyone's always so friendly!



Anyway I'm still practicing A LOT since I have so much left to learn...BUT next year I will most definitely be applying for both ANext and Otakon tables. (Otakon filled up in FIFTEEN minutes this year. O_O WHAT?!)

A flood of art to come later. For now I'm enjoying the die down of activity in my schedule for a few days before it starts back up again.
